Membership Terms

These terms apply to companies that buy a paid membership in the mover directory run by American National Movers LLC. They add to the Directory Terms of Use.

What membership does not change

Membership never changes ratings, Mover Score, reviews, complaints, moderation decisions or regular search order. See our independence policy.

Plans and prices

Plan prices, included leads and lead prices are shown on the Membership tab before you pay. A company may have a negotiated price agreed in writing; that price applies at checkout and when leads are charged.

Billing and renewal

Memberships renew automatically each month or year until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Leads, credits and wallet

Each lead uses an included credit first, then wallet funds. Wallet funds do not expire and are not refundable. If a membership lapses, lead delivery stops right away, and contact details on past leads stay visible for 30 days.

Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately and the price difference for the rest of the period is charged. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Lead delivery stops immediately. The unused part of the current period is refunded after a waiting period shown at cancellation.

Our rights

We may suspend a membership for misuse of leads, fake reviews or breach of our content guidelines. Questions: contact support.
