This directory is operated by American National Movers LLC, a licensed household goods broker. Moving companies pay us to receive quote requests; that never affects ratings or reviews. How we stay fair ->
What we remove, and why
- Reviews that are not based on a real moving experience with that company.
- Reviews written, paid for, rewarded or requested in exchange for anything by a company, its staff or competitors, including us.
- Personal information such as phone numbers, addresses or account numbers.
- Hate speech, threats, harassment or sexual content.
- Spam, advertising or links to other businesses.
- Duplicate reviews of the same move.
- Content that breaks the law or a court order.
What we never remove
- A review because it is negative.
- A review because a company asked, complained or paid.
- A review because it criticizes American National Movers.
When we remove a review, we record which rule it broke. Companies may reply publicly to any review.
